Based in the heart of the town of Ecully in France, in an urban, calm and green environment, the Brigandière Castle (Château de la Brigandière) has been rehabilitated into a new collective residential building.
This communal monument previously accommodated a public administration. It’s now 17 apartments overlook the castle park. Temperance and Lhenry Architecture has rehabilitated these 850m2 and thus saved this architectural heritage of the surrounding area of Lyon.
Under the leadership of the construction company Stiledesign, Maison Rouveure Marquez identically created the old pediments with corbels in the base. Vieujot, a mixture of lime and plaster, is an ideal material for the exterior, providing long-term hold and a natural aesthetic effect.
