The establishment’s central theme and discreet hallmark is the heart (cœur in French), which it definitely endows with decorative elegance, on the seat backs in the restaurant, subtly echoing the hearts adorning the buildings typical Savoyard shutters. Even the ski lift has become chic, thanks to a lovely Jacquard pattern which has also been adapted to the cladding of the alcoves in the dining room.
