Located in the Part-Dieu business district, the Silex² Tower is a 22-storey office space! An impressive architectural project in the heart of the city of Lyon culminating at 129 meters, implementing a reinvention of the professional sector near the Part Dieu station.

With an area of ​​31,000m2, this skyscraper is a reinvented extension of Silex 1 by Ma Architectes / Arte Charpentier / Juan Trindade (decorator). As project manager, Covivio (formerly Foncière des Régions) entrusted the complete rehabilitation of this former EDF tower to the Eiffage Construction group, thus involving many construction and building finishing professionals.

Maison Rouveure Marquez is proud to have participated in this major project thanks to its proven expertise in the installation of mono-acoustic ceilings. On several floors and within different office spaces, our certified installers installed the ceilings, including hatches, spotlights and zigzag lighting for an elegant and sober look.
